Key Responsibilities
Sales Accounting Operations:
Supervise and review daily sales transactions and revenue recognition.
Ensure invoices are issued accurately and on time.
Oversee reconciliation of sales accounts with supporting documentation.
Accounts Receivable Management:
Monitor customer accounts and aging reports.
Follow up on outstanding receivables and coordinate with the sales team for collections.
Ensure proper accounting for discounts, returns, and credit notes.
Financial Reporting & Compliance:
Prepare and review sales-related financial reports for management.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Support external and internal audits by providing required sales accounting documentation.
Process Improvement:
Identify gaps and inefficiencies in sales accounting processes.
Recommend and implement improvements for greater accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
