شرح شغل:

• مدیریت عملیات روزانه شعبه برای اطمینان از کارایی و بهره‌وری.
• هدایت و آموزش کارکنان و بررسی عملکرد آن‌ها.
• برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت منابع بهینه برای دستیابی به اهداف فروشی.
• حفظ روابط مثبت با مشتریان برای افزایش رضایت و حفظ مشتری.
• گزارش‌دهی منظم به مدیریت ارشد درباره عملکرد و پیشرفت شعبه.
• مدیریت کنترل هزینه‌ها.
• اطمینان از رعایت کلیه قوانین و مقررات صنعتی و ایمنی.

شرایط احراز:

• قابلیت مدیریت زمان موثر و توانایی تنظیم اولویت‌ها.
• توانایی‌های قوی در رهبری و مدیریت تیم.
• تجربه قبلی در مدیریت کافه یا هتلداری.

The branch manager at 'House of Jalato' is responsible for managing all activities of a branch in Tehran. This role includes team guidance, strategic planning, and guarantee of company standards to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Managing the Daily Operations of the Branch to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Guiding and training staff and reviewing their performance
- Planning and Managing Optimized Resources to achieve sale goals
- Creating and maintaining positive relationships with customers to increase customer satisfaction and maintenance
- Regular reporting to Senior Management on Performance and Progress of Branch
- Costs Control Management
- Ensure all industrial and safety laws and regulations

Competences:
- Degree in Management, Business or Business
- Mastery of Software, Sepids and Office Software Collection
- Effective time management ability and ability to set priorities
- Strong ability to lead and manage team
- previous experience in cafe management Or hotel
