در گروه آگاه با توجه به اهمیت فضای کار همکاران مستقر در دفاتر و ساختمان‌های تحت‌ بهره‌برداری این مجموعه، به دنبال یک مدیر محیط کار هستیم. از جمله وظایف ایشان برنامه‌ریزی و ایجاد فضاهای کاری متناسب با نیاز‌ها و استراتژی‌های سازمان با مدیریت تیم حرفه‌ای در داخل شرکت است. مدیر محیط کار با راهبری مدیران داخلی دفاتر و شعب می‌توانند آنچه طراحی و پیاده شده است را به نحو احسنت راه‌اندازی و نگهداری کنند.
مسئولیت‌ها
• تدوین ضوابط معماری داخلی گروه آگاه
• اعمال و پیروی استانداردها و سطح سرویس‌های تعریف‌شده در واحد امکانات (مثل حراست، نظافت، تغذیه و رفع خرابی‌ها)
• برنامه‌ریزی بهره‌برداری و نگهداشت فضای فیزیکی آفیس‌ها و شعب
• مدیریت و سازماندهی چیدمان تجهیزات اداری
• انجام مطالعات امکان‌سنجی برون‌سپاری و درون‌سپاری سرویس‌های فضای کار به خصوص حفاظت فیزیکی و تغذیه و عملیاتی کردن نتایج
• ایجاد ساختار بودجه برای هزینه‌کرد‌های opex و capex تیم فضای کار
• ایجاد ساختار اولویت‌بندی و تصمیم‌گیری بین فعالیت‌های توسعه‌ای فضای کار برای منظور شدن در capex
• برنامه‌ریزی برای ارائه‌ی سرویس‌های مورد خواست در فضای کار مثل تغذیه، حراست، HSE، پارکینگ و سرویس‌های حمل و نقل کارمندان
• تعریف متریک‌های عملکردی برای تیم فضای کار و برنامه‌ریزی‌های کوتاه مدت در قالب OKR
• ارائه راه‌کارهای بهبود عملکرد تیم و ایجاد اطمینان از پیروی دستورالعمل‌ها و رعایت SLA
• ارائه گزارش عملکرد دوره‌ای و ارائه برنامه بهبود
• ایجاد ساختار برای پویا شدن فضای کار متناسب با تغییرات بیزینس اصلی سازمان
• ارزیابی ریسک‌های عملکردی در سرویس‌های مدیریت محیط کار و تلاش برای تضمین کیفیت این سرویس‌ها
• تلاش برای تکنولوژی محور کردن فضای کار بر مبنای حوزه‌های نوین IoT, AI و Big data
• مدیریت امور نیروهای انسانی متشکل از نیروهای تخصص‌محور و نیروهای سرویس‌دهنده (حدود 30 نفر) و برنامه‌ریزی برای نگهداشت و رشد گروه شغلی‌های تیم
• مشارکت مدیریتی در ابلاغ رفتارنامه و جاری‌سازی ارزش‌های تیمی و ترویج فرهنگ تیم بر اساس احترام متقابل و عزت نفس برای تمامی نیروها
• مدیریت قراردادهای پیمانکاران سرویس‌دهنده به محیط کار
• نظارت بر اجرای استاندارد‌های ایمنی و بهداشت در تیم‌ (HSE)
