Mission:
-To coordinate the E2E delivery of new products and services in the Home Business segment, in alignment with MTNIrancell’s strategies and timelines.
-To coordinate all customer touchpoints (all channels) to ensure effective delivery of new products and continuous enhancement of existing ones.
-To analyze channel performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
-To collaborate in agile development of assigned new products and services to maximize revenue, customer satisfaction, minimizing churn, and exploring revenue opportunities.
-To coordinate product launches and updates across all relevant channels, ensuring timely and consistent communication.
Roles & Responsibilities:
-To plan and deliver new products/services for the Home Business segment in collaboration with Business Analysis and Product Operations teams to realize all planned benefits accordingly.
-To collaborate in collection and analysis of stakeholders’ requirements and business divisions to design and implement the services on all required channels, in case of a new service or production, the same action should be done with the collaboration of “Business Analysis” and “Operation” teams.
-To be responsible for contacting with (ITS and Network, S&D, CR) divisions to complete the required feasibility study and start service implementation on all required channels.
-To play the role of “Channel management and Product Delivery” in cross-functional teams to work on new products and services’ value streams.
-To coordinate with related teams for product onboarding across digital and physical channels (E-shop, DPOS, retail, tele sales, etc.).
-To explore, identify, and implement new product delivery processes like Lean and Agile methods
-To support “Product Design” and “Product Operation” teams to draw up and document detailed product specifications (URS), and customer journey maps for new product ideas/enhancements/changes.
-To prepare product roadmap on assigned channels, and design commercial releases to launch the product into the market gradually.
-To handle assigned channels and product delivery processes to maximize product performance and meet the defined targets.
-To define the exact target for each channel in order to ensure the company target is covered from different points of view, like revenue-wise, NPS, CRA requirement, etc.
-To prepare tender documents of assigned products and evaluate efficient tender participants to select the best vendor for product delivery.
-To participate in clarification sessions with vendors, ITS, and other required departments and stakeholders to finalize the required solution on different channels, and report MOMs to managers.
-To participate in all required channel committees (like customer touch point, E-shop, DPOS, etc.) and report their MOMs to managers.
-To develop detailed test cases for new/enhancement of assigned products on assigned channels and share them with ITS Quality and other stakeholders aligned with “Product Design” and “Product Operations” teams.
-To collaborate in the development of Go-to-Market plan for new assigned products and enhanced services, aligned with “Product Design” and “Product Operations” teams, as well as the defined road map.
-To collaborate with the brand team for preparing and executing the communication plan of assigned products and services, aligned with Product Design and Product Operations teams.
-To do E2E test and delivery of assigned new products on assigned channels, analysis and monitoring quality of service, before and after commercial launch.
-To follow and ensure proper rollout of new products and services throughout the wide geography of Iran.
-To follow launching of assigned new devices in the market E2E (modem, handset, smart home devices, watches, etc.).
-To collaborate with various teams to develop training material/programs and technical support guides for product suite by CR, S&D and Legal, and aligned with Product Design and Product Operation teams.
-To monitor performance of live products and services on assigned channels against business cases and targets and support revising communication plan aligned with Product Design and Product Operation teams.
-To prepare necessary delivery reports of product and services on assigned channels for higher management.
-To monitor product lifecycle on assigned channels and take necessary actions based on product or services’ stage aligned with Product Design and Product Operation teams.
-To attend in and introduce new product and services in trade shows, exhibitions and press conferences to the public.
-To research, identify and implement new digital channels to deliver the services.
Education:
-BSc. in Commerce (Marketing / Communication) /Computer, Industrial Engineering) or related fields
-MBA is an advantage
Experience:
-Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an area of specialization; with experience in supervising -others
-Experience working in a medium organization
-Experience showing analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to data analysis and generate actionable insights.
