We are looking for a Product Designer with 3+ years of experience to join our fintech development.
Key Responsibilities ?
- Product Strategy: Define, develop, and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Fintech, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer pain points, and competitive opportunities to inform product decisions.
- Customer Focus: Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, translating them into actionable product features and improvements.
- Product Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analytics to measure product performance, drive product decisions, and optimize features for better user experience and business outcomes.
- Agile Management: Lead the product through agile development cycles, including planning sprints, managing backlogs, and prioritizing features.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate product vision, progress, and changes to stakeholders, including executive leadership, customers, and cross-functional teams.
- Product Launches: Manage the end-to-end process of product launches, including go-to-market strategy, training, and post-launch analysis.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor product performance, user feedback, and industry trends to continuously improve the product.
Experience:
3-5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the digital marketing, analytics, or SaaS industries.
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of web analytics, digital marketing, and related technologies.
- Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with data analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and practices.

- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Basic understanding of web development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
