Product Designer

We’re looking for a talented Product Designer to join our team and shape the user experience of our innovative products. Our business is in the lendtech space. We need someone who goes beyond UI/UX, with a deep understanding of product design processes, user needs analysis, and creative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and analyze feedback to inform design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers.
• Create and maintain design documentation, such as user personas, journey maps, and design specifications.
• Ensure design consistency across all platforms and devices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in product design.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Advocate for end-users throughout the design and development process.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product design or UX, preferably in lendtech or fintech.
• Design Skills: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, AXure, etc.
• Research Skills: Strong ability in user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for effective collaboration with developers.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, problem-solving, and creativity.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
