پیوستن به نستله به این معنی است که شما به بزرگترین شرکت غذا و آشامیدنی در جهان می پیوندید. در اصل ما ، ما یک محیط انسانی هستیم - مردم پرشور که از هدف تقویت کیفیت زندگی و کمک به آینده ای سالم تر هدایت می شوند. شما قرار است از عملیات مداوم برای اطمینان از محصولات با کیفیت طبق برنامه معین و پیروی دقیق از بهداشت ، ایمنی ، استانداردهای کیفیت ، هزینه و نیازهای زیست محیطی برای دستیابی به طور کامل به برنامه تولید به موقع اطمینان حاصل کنید. اطمینان از انجام تولید طبق دستورالعمل های سرپرست تولید. به اپراتور من در انجام ارزیابی های ریسک که به روز هستند ، پیش بینی های خطر که در صورت لزوم انجام می شود ، و به روز کردن نقشه ایمنی در پایه های منظم. بشر مسئول اطمینان از تمیز کردن و بهداشت منطقه از جمله تجهیزات ، کف ، درها ، پنجره ها و غیره طبق هر GMP و HACCP دائماً دنبال می شود. مسئول NGMP ، NQMS و حفظ FTR طبق هدف.
• مسئول تنظیم عمودی و راه اندازی تجهیزات ، پشتیبانی از توسعه شایستگی های عملکردی تیم به عنوان پشتیبان برای دستگاه وی و کنترل پارامترهای عملیاتی و حفظ اسناد برای قابلیت ردیابی. مسئول از بین بردن توقف های غیرمترقبه و بهینه سازی توقف های برنامه ریزی شده و بازپرداخت برای دستیابی به اهداف هوش مصنوعی.
• مسئول بسته شدن فیزیکی روزانه و بررسی متقابل مواد مطابق گزارش های SAP ، صحت ایمن ورود داده ها و FIFO ، و مسئول گرفتن دقیق مصرف مواد در SAP. اطمینان حاصل کنید که مصرف مواد خام و بسته بندی مطابق با ضرر استاندارد و پشتیبانی از پروژه ها برای دستیابی به زباله های "صفر".

POSITION SUMMARY

You are supposed to ensure continuous operations for ensuring quality products as per the given plan and strict adherence to hygiene, safety, quality standards, cost, and environmental needs to fully achieve the production plan on time. Ensuring that the production is carried out as per the Production Supervisor’s instructions.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …
• Responsible to ensure personal safety & safety of others under his responsibility always in the working area. Assist Operator I in conducting risk assessments that are up to date, risk predictions that are done when it is required, and updating the safety map on regular bases.
• Responsible to do all operations as per QMS, SOPs, and Work Instructions. Responsible for ensuring cleaning & hygiene of the area including equipment, floor, doors, windows, etc. as per GMP and HACCP is constantly followed. Responsible for NGMP, NQMS, and maintaining FTR as per target.
• Responsible for vertical setup & startup of equipment, supporting the development of the team's functional competencies as backups for his machine and controlling operational parameters, and maintaining documentation for traceability. Responsible to eliminate unplanned stoppages and optimize planned stoppages & rework to achieve AI targets.
• Responsible for daily physical closing & cross-checking of materials as per SAP reports, secure accuracy of data entry and FIFO followed, and responsible for accurate capturing of material consumption on SAP. Ensure that consumption of raw & packaging materials as per standard loss & support the projects to achieve "Zero" waste.
