• Help desk (provide hardware and software support to users)
Requirements:
• Degree in related fields.
• At least two years of work experience in the related field
• Proficient in hardware and network support and the ability to maintain the network.
• Proficient in installing and updating Windows
• Familiar with Active directory
>• Familiar with virtualization
• Familiar with data center concepts
• Ability to configure and troubleshoot VoIP phones
• Sufficient skill and experience in setting up and troubleshooting office machines
• Familiarity with CCTV cameras and camera management software
• Team work spirit
• Orderly, committed and active in doing assigned tasks
• Ability to solve problems
