معاون مدیر منابع انسانی (حداقل 8 سال سابقه کار مرتبط)؛

شرح شغل:

• تهیه و تدوین برنامه جامع مدیریت منابع انسانی شرکت.
• طراحی و پیاده‌سازی مدیریت عملکرد، ﻃﺮح ﻃﺒﻘﻪ‌ﺑﻨﺪی ﻣﺸﺎﻏﻞ و ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﺣﻘﻮق و دﺳﺘﻤﺰد.
• برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت مسیر شغلی منابع انسانی (جذب، نگهداشت، توانمندسازی و ریزش پرسنل).
• طراحی و پیاده‌سازی نظام مدیریت استعدادها و جانشین‌پروری.
• بررسی و نیازسنجی ادواری منابع انسانی مورد نیاز شرکت در چارچوب اهداف و سیاست‌های شرکت.
• کنترل و نظارت بر جذب، ارتقا و ریزش پرسنل.
• اراﺋﻪ ﻃﺮح‌های ﻻزم ﺟﻬﺖ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد رواﺑﻂ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ در ﺷﺮﮐﺖ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻣﺸﮑﻼت و ﻧﺎرﺳﺎیی‌های ﻣﻮﺟﻮد.
• نظارت بر انجام امور ارزشیابی سالانه و عملکرد کارکنان.
• همکاری و مشارکت در طراحی سیستم‌های انگیزشی و پاداش و تنبیه و ارتقای شغلی کارکنان.
• انجام امور استخدامی و ﻧﻈﺎرت ﺑﺮ انجام اﻣﻮر ﮐﺎرﮔﺰﯾﻨﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺛﺒﺖ و ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ اﺿﺎﻓﻪ‌ﮐﺎری‌ها، ﺗﻨﻈﯿﻢ ﮐﺎرﮐﺮد، ﺻﺪور اﺣﮑﺎم، ﺗﺴﻮﯾﻪ ﺣﺴﺎب و ﻧﻈﺎﯾر آن‌ها.
• ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ و ﮐﻨﺘﺮل اﻣﻮر ﭘﺮﺳﻨﻠﯽ ﻣﺎﻧﻨﺪ مرخصی‌ها، ﻣﺄﻣﻮرﯾﺖ‌ها، ﺗﺮﻓﯿﻊ، ارﺗﻘﺎ، ﺗﺸﻮﯾﻖ و غیره.
• تهیه و تدوین گزارشات تحلیلی و مدیریتی از وضعیت منابع انسانی شرکت.
• بررسی، تحلیل و آسیب‌شناسی فرایندهای مدیریت منابع انسانی و ارائه طرح‌ها و برنامه‌های بهبود و اصلاح.
• ساماندهی بانک اطلاعات یکپارچه مدیریت منابع انسانی و به روز رسانی آن.
• طراحی و پیاده‌سازی طرح های مرتبط با نگهداشت کارکنان و امور رفاهی کارکنان.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته مدیریت، مهندسی صنایع یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط؛ یا فارغ‌التحصیل MBA.
• محدوده سنی: 35 تا 45 سال.
• مسلط به استاندارد 34000 منابع انسانی.
• توانایی مدیریت زمان.
• مسلط به اصول برنامه‌ریزی.
• قدرت تجزیه‌وتحلیل و حل مسئله.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی بالا و توانایی برقراری ارتباطات اثربخش.
• توانایی مدیریت روابط و دارای هوش عاطفی بالا.
• توانایی رسیدگی به امور کارکنان.
• آشنایی با سیستم‌های مرتبط به حوزه منابع انسانی.
