مدیر کارخانه | Factory Manager

گروه سریر جامه آپادانا جهت راهبری کارخانه تولید پارچه و پوشاک خود، به‌دنبال یک مدیر کارخانه حرفه‌ای و با تجربه در صنعت نساجی می باشد تا مسئولیت هدایت کارخانه تولید پارچه، رنگرزی و دوزندگی پوشاک را برعهده بگیرد.

وظایف و مسئولیت ها:
• برنامه‌ریزی، سازمان‌دهی و اجرای کلیه عملیات کارخانه از دریافت سفارش تا تحویل محصول نهایی
• مدیریت واحدهای بافندگی، رنگرزی، کامپکت، تکمیل و بخش دوزندگی
• نظارت بر اجرای فرایندهای تولید، کنترل کیفیت، تعمیرات و نگهداری و انبار
• پایش مستمر شاخص‌های کلیدی عملکرد (KPI) شامل بهره‌وری، ضایعات، ظرفیت خط، تحویل به‌موقع
• مدیریت نیروی انسانی و توسعه فرهنگ کار تیمی، نظم و همکاری بین واحدها
• مذاکره و هماهنگی با واحدهای مرکزی شامل برنامه‌ریزی، فروش، مالی و منابع انسانی
• مستندسازی کلیه فرایندها و پیاده‌سازی استانداردهای تولید (5S، Lean، TPM و…)
• ارائه گزارش‌های روزانه/هفتگی/ماهانه به مدیرعامل
• شناسایی ریسک‌ها، مدیریت بحران و ارائه راهکارهای اصلاحی
• تضمین کیفیت محصول بر اساس استانداردهای بین المللی

شرایط احراز:
• حداقل 8 سال تجربه مدیریت تولید یا مدیر کارخانه در صنعت نساجی / پوشاک
• تسلط کامل به فرایندهای تولید پارچه، رنگرزی، تکمیل و دوخت
• آشنایی با اصول برنامه‌ریزی تولید، مدیریت موجودی، کنترل کیفیت و استانداردهای صنعتی
• توان مدیریت تیم‌های بزرگ (50 تا 200 نفر)
• مهارت بالا در تصمیم‌گیری، حل مسئله، تفکر تحلیلی و مدیریت داده‌محور
• شخصیت تیم‌ساز و توان هدایت افراد با سابقه‌های متفاوت
• تجربه کار و تسلط کامل به نرم افزار آفیس بویژه اکسل و سیستم‌های ERP مزیت محسوب می‌شود

Sarir Jame Apadana Group is looking for a professional factory manager with experience in the textile industry to manage its fabric and garment factory to take charge of the fabric, dyeing and sewing factory.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Planning, organizing and implementing all factory operations from order receipt to final product delivery
• Management of weaving units, dyeing, compacting, finishing and sewing department
• Monitoring the implementation of production processes, quality control, maintenance and storage
• Continuous monitoring of key performance indicators (KPI) including productivity, waste, line capacity, on-time delivery
• Manpower management and culture development Team work, order and cooperation between units
• Negotiation and coordination with central units including planning, sales, finance and human resources
• Documenting all processes and implementing production standards (5S, Lean, TPM, etc.) Years of experience in production management or factory manager in the textile/clothing industry
• Complete mastery of fabric production, dyeing, finishing and sewing processes
• Familiarity with the principles of production planning, inventory management, quality control and industrial standards
• Ability to manage large teams (50 to 200 people)
• High skill in decision-making, problem solving, analytical thinking and data-oriented management
• Team building personality and the ability to lead people with different backgrounds
• Work experience and complete mastery of software Office, especially Excel and ERP systems are an advantage
