سرپرست ناوگان موتوری | Distribution Supervisor

مسئولیت‌ها:

• نظارت و کنترل عملکرد پیک‌های موتوری شعب و ارائه راهکارهای افزایش بهره‌وری و کاهش هزینه‌های ارسال.
• برنامه‌ریزی و تنظیم بهینه روش توزیع محصول به مشتریان با توجه به نیازها و زمان‌بندی‌های تعیین شده.
• تعامل با سرویس‌دهندگان خدمات و نرم‌افزارهای مدیریت ناوگان (موتورسیکلت).
• تنظیم گزارشات آماری و عملکردی ارسال.
• برنامه‌ریزی جهت بهبود جذب پیک‌های موتوری شعب.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای Office به خصوص Excel و Word.
• آشنا با Power BI و توانمند در تحلیل داده.
• آشنایی با حسابداری و مدیریت بودجه.
• آشنایی با مدیریت پروژه.
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای مدیریت ناوگان و لجستیکی (مانند چابک) مزیت محسوب می‌شود.

Responsibilities:
Monitor and control the performance of branch motorized peaks and provide strategies to increase productivity and reduce shipping costs. Optimal planning and adjustment of product distribution method to customers according to the designated needs and timing. Fleet Management Services and Software (Motorcycle). Submitting statistical and functional reports. Planning to improve the absorption of motorized branches.
Conditioning Terms:
fluent in Office software, especially Excel and Word. Power Bi and Treaty Analysis. Introduction to Budget Accounting and Budget Management. Introduction to project management. Finding the fleet and logistics management software (such as agile) is an advantage.
