مسئولیت‌ها:
- نظارت و کنترل عملکرد پیک‌های موتوری شعب و ارائه راهکارهای افزایش بهره‌وری و کاهش هزینه‌های ارسال.
- برنامه‌ریزی و تنظیم بهینه روش توزیع محصول به مشتریان با توجه به نیازها و زمان‌بندی‌های تعیین شده.
- تعامل با سرویس‌دهندگان خدمات و نرم‌افزارهای مدیریت ناوگان (موتورسیکلت).
- تنظیم گزارشات آماری و عملکردی ارسال.
- برنامه‌ریزی جهت بهبود جذب پیک‌های موتوری شعب.
شرایط احراز:
- مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای Office به خصوص Excel و Word.
- آشنا با Power BI و توانمند در تحلیل داده.
- آشنایی با حسابداری و مدیریت بودجه.
- آشنایی با مدیریت پروژه.
- آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای مدیریت ناوگان و لجستیکی (مانند چابک) مزیت محسوب می‌شود.
Responsibilities:
1. Monitoring and controlling the performance of branches' motor couriers and providing solutions to increase productivity and reduce shipping costs 2. Planning and optimally adjusting the method of product distribution to customers according to the needs and determined schedules
3. Interaction with service providers and fleet management software (motorcycle)
4. Setting up statistical and functional reports to send
5. Planning to improve the recruitment of branch motor couriers
Skills:
1. Proficient in Office software, especially Excel and Word
2. Familiar with Power BI and competent in data analysis
3. Familiarity with accounting and budget management
4. Familiarity with project management
5. Familiarity with fleet management and logistics software (such as Agile) is an advantage.
