سرپرست حسابداری | Accounting Supervisor

ما در آونگ به دنبال یک سرپرست حسابداری هستیم که علاوه بر تسلط به کلیه امور مالی و حسابداری، قوانین بیمه، مالیات و استانداردهای حسابداری، تجربه مدیریت و سرپرستی تیم داشته باشد. تجربه استقرار نرم‌‌افزار، تسلط به سامانه راهکاران سیستم به ویژه ماژول‌های انبار ـ تدارکات، تولید و بهای تمام شده الزامی است. 

وظایف کلیدی:

• بررسی و کنترل روزانه حساب‌ها.
• برنامه‌ریزی روزانه امور مربوط به پرسنل واحد.
• مدیریت پرسنل تحت نظر و نظارت بر انجام صحیح امور.
• رفع مشکلات روزانه واحد مالی و در صورت نیاز برگزاری جلسات با رییس حسابداری جهت مرتفع نمودن مشکلات.
• برقراری ارتباط با سایر واحدهای سازمان و برنامه‌ریزی جهت پاسخ‌دهی و ارسال اطلاعات.
• تحلیل اطلاعات و ارائه گزارشات روزانه و ماهانه.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به کلیه ماژول‌های سیستم راهکاران و توانایی رفع مشکلات سیستمی.
• آشنایی با تهیه صورت‌های مالی ماهانه، سالانه و همچنین اظهارنامه مالیاتی.
• مسلط به امور مربوط به سامانه مودیان مالیاتی.
• مسلط به بخشنامه‌های بیمه و نحوه و میزان کسر کسورات بیمه تامین اجتماعی در ثبت اسناد.
• حداقل پنج سال سابقه کار در گروه شغلی مشابه.
• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های حسابداری یا مالی.
• سابقه سرپرستی و مدیریت تیم.
• تجربه فعالیت در شرکت‌های بازرگانی و یا تولیدی مزیت محسوب می‌شود.

Key tasks:
· Daily review and control Accounts
· Daily Planning for Unit personnel
· Management of personnel under surveillance and monitoring the right work

· Relationship with other organization and planning units to respond and submit information
· Mastery of all solutions modules and the ability to fix systemic problems
· Introduction to monthly, annual financial statements as well as declarations Tax
· Fluid to Modi Tax System
· Fluid to Insurance Circuits and how and how to deduct social security deductions in registration
· Analysis of information and presentation of daily and monthly reports




BR> Conditions:

· At least 5 years of work experience in the same job group
· Minimum Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Degree
· Team Management and Management Experience
Business or manufacturing is an advantage.
