مدیر مالی | Financial Manager

وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:

• مدیریت کامل چرخه مالی سازمان، شامل حسابداری مالی، بودجه، خزانه‌داری، کنترل هزینه و امور مالیاتی.
• نظارت بر ثبت، کنترل و تحلیل کلیه تراکنش‌های مالی و تهیه صورت‌های مالی.
• طراحی و نظارت بر ساختار حسابداری جهت محاسبه دقیق بهای تمام‌شده محصولات، مدیریت انبار و تحلیل نقطه سر به سر.
• تدوین و کنترل اجرای بودجه سالانه، بودجه عملیاتی، بودجه پروژه‌ها و گزارش‌گیری انحرافات.
• مدیریت جریان نقدینگی سازمان و تهیه گزارش‌های پیش‌بینی وجوه نقد (Cash Flow Forecasting).
• تعامل مستقیم با حسابرسان داخلی و خارجی، سازمان امور مالیاتی، تامین اجتماعی، بانک‌ها و نهادهای دولتی.
• مدیریت فرآیندهای پایان ماه و پایان سال مالی، بستن حساب‌ها و تهیه گزارشات مالی تحلیلی برای مدیریت ارشد.
• نظارت بر اجرای صحیح الزامات بیمه، مالیات حقوق و ارزش افزوده.
• طراحی و بهبود کنترل‌های داخلی مالی برای جلوگیری از خطا، تقلب یا سوءاستفاده.
• مشارکت در تصمیم‌سازی‌های مالی کلان، خرید تجهیزات و سرمایه‌گذاری‌ها.
• تهیه گزارشات جهت ارائه به سهام‌داران در مجامع سازمانی.

شرایط احراز

• مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های حسابداری، مدیریت مالی یا رشته‌های مرتبط.
• حداقل پنج سال سابقه کار مدیریت در حوزه مالی و حسابداری.
• تسلط کامل به تهیه و تحلیل صورت‌های مالی.
• آشنایی کامل با قوانین مالیاتی، بیمه، ارزش افزوده و استانداردهای حسابداری.
• توانایی تهیه بودجه، گزارش‌های مالی و تحلیل‌های اقتصادی.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای حسابداری.
• دارای مهارت در مدیریت تیم مالی، برنامه‌ریزی، تعیین وظایف و بررسی عملکرد و کنترل داخلی.
• دقیق، مسئولیت‌پذیر و منظم، رازداری، صداقت و قدرت تصمیم‌گیری حرفه‌ای.

Conditions
