شرح شغل
در این موقعیت به‌عنوان «پیک/راننده»، نقش اساسی در تضمین ارتباطات روان و لجستیک بین کارخانه، دفتر، فروشندگان و نهادهای دولتی خواهید داشت. برخی از مسئولیت‌های اصلی شما عبارت‌اند از:
- حمل اسناد، نامه‌ها و مدارک بین دفتر تهران، فروشندگان و نهادهای دولتی (مانند وزارت صنعت، معدن و تجارت) و ایجاد تعامل سازنده با ذی‌نفعان بیرونی.
- انجام خریدهای روزمره برای بخش‌های مختلف، ثبت و گزارش کلیه تراکنش‌های انجام‌شده با کارت تدارکات در فایل اکسل.
- جمع‌آوری مدارک مربوط به بیمه درمانی تکمیلی کارکنان و تحویل آن به اداره بیمه، همراه با حفظ ارتباط مؤثر با دفاتر تهران، البرز و هشتگرد.
- رعایت کامل مقررات مربوط به رانندگی با خودروهای سازمانی، جلوگیری از استفاده شخصی و پاسخگویی در صورت بروز خسارت یا تخلف.
- ثبت تمامی فعالیت‌ها و وظایف روزانه در دفترچه مخصوص، دریافت امضاهای لازم و مدیریت بهینه حجم کار در ساعات کاری مشخص.
شرایط احراز

About the department
You will be part of the Business Support department, a dynamic and collaborative team that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our factory and affiliate office. Based in Iran, our department is the backbone of daily operations, providing essential support to various functions. The atmosphere is fast paced yet supportive, with a strong focus on teamwork and delivering excellence.
The position
As a Courier/Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication and logistics between our factory, affiliate office, vendors, and external stakeholders. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for transporting documents and letters between the Tehran affiliate office, vendors, and various governmental bureaus (e.g., Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade) while ensuring good collaboration with external stakeholders.
- Executes daily small purchases in alignment with Procurement and Admin departments and is required to register all transactions made with the procurement Bon Card in an Excel file for reporting purposes.
- Collects complementary health insurance documents from LMT employees and delivers them to the insurance office, maintaining effective communication and collaboration within the Tehran, Alborz, and Hashtgerd offices.
- Must drive safely while using the company car, being accountable for any fines, accidents, or damages in accordance with the Car Policy, and is prohibited from using the car for personal errands.
- Keeps a "Daily Diary notebook" to register all daily tasks, purchases, and required signatures for confirmation, while managing workload efficiently within working hours and not providing extra services to personnel for non-work-related tasks.
Qualifications
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual who can meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, intermediate level English Proficiency is an advantage.
- Ability to manage tasks, maintain records, and prioritize effectively.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work collaboratively with teams.
