• آشنایی با فرآیند مدیریت عملکرد.
• آشنایی کامل با مباحث توسعه منابع انسانی، آموزش و توانمندسازی کارکنان.
• آشنایی کامل با طرح طبقه‌بندی مشاغل.
• آشنایی کامل با فرآیندهای منابع انسانی.
• آشنایی کامل با نرم‌افزارهای آفیس به ویژه اکسل.
• مسلط به زبان انگلیسی.
• صبور، منظم و پیگیر.
• روحیه کار تیمی و مسئولیت‌پذیری.

Familiarity with the preparation of job description and birth certificate of the organization
Familiarity with performance management process
Participation and full familiarity with human resources planning processes
Full familiarity with the topics of human resources development, training and empowerment of employees
Collecting the required information from different sources and units in order to complete and finalize human resources development plans
Full familiarity with the job classification scheme
Full familiarity with human resources processes
Complete familiarity with office software, especially Excel
Proficiency in English
Patient, regular and persistent
