شرح شغل:
ماموریت شما مطالعه و بررسی قوانین و مقررات مربوط به سامانه‌های وزارت صمت و تعزیرات در جهت حصول اطمینان از اجرای الزامات در شرکت زرین پخش است.
وظایف:
- برقراری ارتباط با نهادهای مرتبط اعم از سامانه انبارها، سامانه تجارت، انجمن پخش و غیره برای دریافت آخرین قوانین و مقررات و اطلاع‌رسانی آن به واحدهای مرتبط جهت حصول اطمینان از جاری‌سازی آن در سازمان.
- بارگذاری و ثبت مدارک مورد نیاز شعب در سامانه مدیریت توزیع کالا جهت پیگیری و اخذ مجوزهای شعب.
- ثبت تمامی فاکتورهای فروش و اطلاعات خرید و فروش اعم از اظهار تولید، ثبت کالا، ورود خروج کالا و غیره در سامانه جامع تجارت.
- انجام اقدامات لازم جهت اخذ مجوزهای مربوط به سامانه جامع تجارت.
- ثبت و بارگذاری اطلاعات و مدارک مورد نیاز انبارها در سامانه جامع انبارها.
- انجام پیگیری‌های لازم و برقراری ارتباط با تامین‌کنندگان و تیم فروش در جهت مغایرت‌گیری، رسیدگی به ثبت فاکتورها و رفع مغایرت‌های موجود.
- ارائه گزارش‌های لازم از ثبت و تایید فاکتور در سامانه و ارائه به مدیران مربوطه.
- کنترل روزانه سامانه‌ها و برگزاری جلسات با واحدهای مربوطه.
شرایط احراز:
- مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مهندسی صنایع، مدیریت بازرگانی، حقوق یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط.
- حداقل سه سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط.
- آشنایی با سامانه بهین‌یاب و جامع انبارها، قوانین ثبت سامانه‌ها، سامانه جامع تجارت، کد حقیقی و حقوقی و سامانه مدیریت توزیع کالا.

Related Degrees: Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Law and Other Related Disciplines
Minimum Work Experience: 3 Years

Job Description:
