در این نقش ، مسئولیت های شما شامل موارد زیر خواهد بود:
• برنامه ریزی و هماهنگی کلیه فعالیت های بازاریابی و تعامل با مشتری ، از جمله برنامه ریزی رویداد و لجستیک.
• مدیریت قراردادهایی مانند توافق نامه های سخنران ، توافق نامه های خدمات و حمایت از اخلاق تجاری و مقررات محلی. برای جلسات بازاریابی مجازی.

About the Department

You will be part of the Marketing & CME team at Novo Nordisk Iran Affiliate. Our department is committed to executing impactful marketing initiatives and delivering exceptional customer engagement. The Position

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling and coordinating all Marketing and Customer Engagement activities, including event planning and logistics.
• Managing contracts such as speaker agreements, service agreements, and sponsorships, ensuring adherence to Business Ethics and local regulations.
• Handling administrative tasks including calendar bookings, meeting arrangements, and event invoices, while serving as the technical backup for virtual marketing meetings.
• Preparing Requests for Proposal (RFPs), vendor briefings, and event invitations, and collaborating with sales managers to establish event key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Supporting department directors with minor analyses, slide preparation, and project engagement, as well as overseeing the archiving of contracts and proof of services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• 2-3 years of experience in coordinating and supporting cross-functional teams, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with a proactive attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
