• مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های مدیریت بازرگانی یا مهندسی صنایع.
• حداقل سه سال سابقۀ کاری مرتبط.

• مسلط به امور بازرگانی خارجی.
• توانایی تهیه گزارشات مدیریتی.
• مسلط به ICDL.
• مسلط به سامانه جامع تجارت.
• مسلط به قوانین بانکی در زمینه واردات و صادرات.
• مسلط به قوانین گمرکی.
• مسلط به اینکوترمز.
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزار SAP و ERP مزیت است.
• مسلط به زبان انگلیسی و آیین نگارش انگلیسی و مکاتبات خارجی و آیین نگارش فارسی و مکاتبات فارسی.

• هماهنگی و پیگیری اخذ مجوز های واردات و صادرات از سازمان‌ها و نهادهای ذیربط.
• هماهنگی فعال‌سازی سفارشات.
• هماهنگی بازرسی در مقصد و هماهنگی بازرسی قبل از حمل و تعامل با فروشنده و پیگیری تا اخذ گواهی بازرسی و صدور گواهی استاندارد.
• ثبت سیستمی اطلاعات مرتبط با کارت بازرگانی و هماهنگی و پیگیری اخذ اطلاعات گواهی فعالیت و رهگیری اخذ آنها از سایر واحدها.
• تعامل با اصناف و اداره صنعت، معدن و تجارت و اتاق بازرگانی به منظور اخذ مجوزهای ورود کالا.
• تعامل با فروشنده و اخذ پروفرما و کنترل آن و هماهنگی با انجمن واردکنندگان خودرو و اداره ثبت سفارش.
• نظارت بر حمل‌ونقل کالاها مطابق با مقررات کشور و رویه‌های سازمان و هماهنگی با کشتیرانی به منظور برنامه‌ریزی حمل بر اساس تاریخ‌های حرکت کشتی‌ها.
• هماهنگی با شرکت‌های باربری به منظور خروج کالای وارداتی از گمرک و هماهنگی بیمه‌نامه باربری بین‌المللی.
• هماهنگی امور بانکی در حوزه تخصیص ارز و گشایش اعتبار اسنادی.
• کنترل پرداخت سفارشات خارجی و پیگیری مبادله اسناد، کنترل تصویر اسناد و واریز وجه و اصلاحات مربوطه.
• تعامل با گمرک اجرایی به منظور تسریع در امور ترخیص و ترانزیت.
• محاسبه نرخ قیمت‌ها، وزن، تعرفه‌های گمرکی و حجم کالاهای وارداتی.
• نظارت بر نحوه آماده‌سازی مستنداتی نظیر فاکتورها، رسیدهای دریافت، توافقنامه‌های ضمانت و نگهداری اطلاعات و مستندات مرتبط با هر اظهارنامه.
• برقراری ارتباط میان بانک‌ها، تأمین‌کنندگان، انبارها، شرکت‌های حمل‌ونقل و مشتریان.
• پیگیری و رفع تأخیرهای پیش آمده طی اجرای فرآیند امور بازرگانی خارجی و سفارشات.
