شرح شغل:

• دریافت پیش‌فاکتور، بیمه‌نامه و گواهی بازرسی.
• ثبت سفارش و اخذ مجوز واردات.
• انجام کلیه امور بانکی و حواله‌های مربوط به خرید خارجی.
• پیگیری و رسیدگی حمل‌ونقل بین‌المللی کالا.
• پیگیری مربوط به ترخیص و امور گمرکی.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک کارشناسی و یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های مرتبط.
• حداقل سه سال سابقه کاری مرتبط.
• مسلط به سامانه جامع تجارت.
• مسلط به زبان انگلیسی و مکاتبات بازرگانی خارجی.
• مسلط به مایکروسافت آفیس.
• توانایی انجام صفر تا صد واردات کالا از مکاتبات اولیه و سفارش‌گذاری تا تحویل کالا به کارخانه.
• آشنا با منبع‌یابی مواد اولیه و ملزومات.
• مسلط به مکاتبه با تامین‌کنندگان.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields
Mastery of comprehensive business system
Mastery of English language and foreign business correspondence
Mastery of Microsoft Office programs
Completing zero to one hundred imports of goods from initial correspondence and Ordering until delivery of goods to the factory
familiar with sourcing raw materials and supplies
correspondence with suppliers
receiving proforma invoice, insurance policy and inspection certificate
registration of order and obtaining import license
do All banking affairs and remittances related to foreign purchases
follow-up and processing of international goods transportation
follow-up related to clearance and customs affairs
