شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به بررسی مدارک مربوط به پکیج‌های مهندسی خرید نظیر SPEC ،MR ،MTO ،DWG ،DATASHEET ،ITP.
• آشنا با تجهیزات و قطعات مرتبط با صنایع پتروشیمی.
• مسلط به خرید داخلی و خارجی.
• تسلط کامل به INCOTERMS.
• آشنایی کامل با انواع ترم‌های پرداخت.
• آشنایی کامل با اسناد حمل.
• مسلط به AVL و آشنا با ساپلایرهای مرتبط با صنایع پتروشیمی.
• آشنایی با HS CODE و تعرفه‌های گمرکی.
• مسلط به مباحث AFTER PO جهت برگزاری جلسات KOM & PIM و انجام بازرسی، حمل‌ونقل، بیمه و امور گمرکی.
• مسلط به رویه ثبت سفارش، ثبت اماری، تخصیص ارز و رفع تعهد ارزی ناشی از واردات در مناطق ویژه اقتصادی.
• حداقل سه سال سابقه کاری مرتبط در صنعت نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی.

- Proficient in reviewing documents related to purchasing engineering packages such as SPEC, MR, MTO, DWG, DATASHEET, ITP
- Familiar with equipment and parts related to petrochemical industries
- Proficient in domestic and foreign purchasing
- Complete mastery of INCOTERMS
- Complete familiarity with all types of payment terms
- Complete familiarity with shipping documents
- Proficient in AVL and familiar with suppliers related to petrochemical industries
- Familiarity with HS CODE and customs tariffs
- proficient in AFTER PO topics to hold KOM & PIM meetings and carry out inspection, transportation, insurance and customs affairs
- proficient in order registration, statistical registration, currency allocation and Removal of foreign exchange obligation due to imports in special economic zones
- at least 3 years of related work experience in the oil, gas and petrochemical industry
