مهندس معماری (کنترل و بررسی نقشه های پروژه) | Architectural Engineer (Project Drawings Review and Control)

شرح شغل:

• بررسی، کنترل و تطبیق نقشه‌های معماری با نقشه‌های سازه و تاسیسات.
• تهیه و تنظیم مستندات فنی مرتبط با اصلاحات نقشه.
• برقراری ارتباط و هماهنگی با مشاور، طراح و پیمانکار برای نهایی‌سازی نقشه‌ها.
• ارائه راهکارهای اصلاحی جهت بهینه‌سازی طرح‌های معماری.
• مشارکت در جلسات فنی و تطبیق نقشه‌ها با استانداردهای اجرایی پروژه‌ها.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته مهندسی معماری.
• حداقل پنج سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط.
• آشنایی با اصول طراحی و ضوابط شهرداری و نظام مهندسی.
• سطح متوسط در زبان انگلیسی.
• مهارت بالا در نرم‌افزارهای Revit ،AutoCAD و MS Office.
• دقت بالا.
• توانایی تحلیل نقشه و حل مسائل فنی.

1. Review, control and match architectural maps with structural maps and installations
2. Preparing and setting up technical documentation related to Map 3. Communication and coordination with consultant, designer and contractor to finalize maps
4. Provide corrective solutions to optimize architectural designs
5. Participation in Technical Meetings and Maps Maps with Implementation of Projects

Entrepreneurship Terms:
• Degree: Minimum Bachelor of Architectural Engineering
• Work experience: at least five years of relevant work experience
• Requirements and standards: Familiar with Municipal Design Principles and Criteria Office
• Communication and Interactive Skills: High precision, ability to analyze map and solve technical problems
