شرح شغل:

• شناسایی، طراحی و به‌روزرسانی خط‌مشی‌ها و رویه‌های کلیه سیستم‌ها و فرآیندهای منابع انسانی.
• پیاده‌سازی و نظارت بر اجرای فرآیندهای مدیریت عملکرد، گریدینگ شغلی، مدیریت استعدادها، جانشین‌پروری، آموزش و مدیریت دانش.
• توسعه و اجرای استراتژی‌های منابع انسانی همسو با اهداف سازمان.
• تدوین و اجرای صحیح طرح‌های مربوط به مزایا، جبران خدمات و رفاه عمومی کارکنان.
• برنامه‌ریزی نگهداشت نیروهای موثر و توانمند سازمان.
• پیشبرد و نظارت بر فرآیند برند کارفرمایی.

شرایط احراز:

• توانایی تحلیل و بررسی مشکلات سازمان (عارضه‌یابی) و ارائه راه‌حل‌های مناسب.
• روحیه کار تیمی و عملیاتی و توانمند در ایفای نقش رهبری در سازمان.
• مسلط به کلیه فرآیندهای منابع انسانی.
• مسلط به مدل‌های منابع انسانی.
• حداقل ده سال سابقه کاری در سمت مدیر منابع انسانی.

- At least 10 years of work experience as a human resources manager
