مدیر کارخانه | Factory Manager

شرح شغل:

• ارائه گزارش به مدیرعامل در خصوص عملکرد تولید محصولات، ضایعات و غیره.
• نظارت بر رعایت دقیق مقرارت ایمنی و HSE.
• نظارت بر رعایت دقیق مقرارت حفاظت فیزیکی.
• ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: شنبه تا چهارشنبه از 8 صبح تا 5:30 عصر؛ پنجشنبه‌ها به صورت اضافه کاری.
• محدوده فعالیت: شرق تهران ـ تهرانپارس.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های مدیریت صنعتی - صنایع چوب و کاغذ - یا مهندسی صنایع.
• آشنایی با صنعت مبلمان اداری و ماشین‌آلات و تجهیزات صنعت میز اداری و پارتیشن.
• آشنایی با سیستم‌های ERP.
• تسلط کامل به فرآیند تولید، برنامه‌ریزی تولید و کنترل کیفیت.
• مسلط به مایکروسافت آفیس.
• آشنایی با برنامه‌ریزی تولید.
• آشنایی با اصول انبارداری.
• آشنا با اصول ایزو.
• آشنا با اصول کنترل و کیفیت.
• توانایی در مهارت تصمیم‌گیری.
• روحیه مشارکت در فعالیت‌های بهبود سازمان و توانایی تقسیم کار بین کارکنان.
• حداکثر سن: 45 سال.
• جنسیت مد نظر: آقا. 

Minimum education: bachelor's degree in industrial management - wood and paper industries - or industrial engineering

Job description:
- Familiarity with the office furniture industry and machines and equipment for the office desk and partition industry
- Familiarity with the system ERPs
- Complete mastery of the production process- Production planning and quality control
- Proficient in Office software
- Familiarity with production planning
- Familiarity with the principles of warehousing
- Familiar with ISO principles - Familiar with control and quality principles - Presenting reports to the CEO regarding product production performance, waste and... - Overseeing strict compliance with safety and HSE regulations
