مالک محصول | Product Owner

شرح وظایف:

• استخراج و تحلیل نیازمندی‌های کاربر.
• تهیه اسناد تحلیل و مدل‌سازی.
• برنامه‌ریزی Sprintهای تیم پیاده‌سازی، تعریف بک لاگ‌ها و اولویت‌بندی.
• تست بک لاگ‌ها در محیط تستی و عملیاتی.
• همکاری و تعامل با تیم‌های توسعه، پشتیبانی و زیرساخت.
• پیشنهاد بهبود فرآیندها، سیستم‌ها و چارچوب‌ها جهت بهبود مستمر محصولات.
• الگو برداری و Benchmarking محصولات مشابه.
• مدیریت پروژه‌های بهبود فرآیندها، سیستم‌ها و چارچوب‌ها و تهیه اسناد مدیریت پروژه.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به دانش تحلیل و مدل‌سازی کسب‌و‌کار.
• آشنا با استانداردهای حوزه مدیریت فرایندهای کسب‌وکار.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی برای تعامل با تیم‌ها و ذی‌نفعان.
• توانایی پیگیری تا زمان حصول نتیجه.
• توانایی مدیریت پروژه.
• توانایی تحقیق و پژوهش.
• توانایی مطالعه و درک مطلب منابع انگلیسی.
• داشتن تجربه یا آشنایی با چارچوب‌های معماری سازمانی حائز امتیاز ویژه است.

Description of duties: • extraction and analysis of user requirements • preparation of analysis and modeling documents • planning implementation team sprints, defining backlogs and prioritization • testing backlogs in Test and operational environment
• Cooperation and interaction with development, support and infrastructure teams
• Proposing improvement of processes, systems and frameworks for continuous improvement of products
• Sampling and Benchmarking of similar products
• Managing projects to improve processes, systems and frameworks and preparing project management documents

Required knowledge and skills:
· Proficient in the knowledge of business analysis and modeling
· Familiar with standards The field of business process management
· Strong communication skills to interact with teams and stakeholders
· Ability to follow through until the result is achieved
· Project management ability
· Research and research ability
· Ability Studying and understanding English sources
Having experience or familiarity with organizational architecture frameworks is a special advantage.
