مدیر مالی نقش حیاتی در هدایت و مدیریت فعالیت‌های مالی سازمان مجتمع‌های فرهنگی سیاحتی کوثر دارد. فرد در این سمت گزارش‌های مالی دقیق تهیه می‌کند و بر اساس تحلیل داده‌ها راهکارهای بهبود مالی ارائه می‌دهد. همچنین بر رعایت مقررات مالی نظارت دارد و با تیم مدیریت برای تدوین استراتژی‌های مالی بلندمدت همکاری می‌کند.

شرح شغل:

• تدوین و اجرای برنامه‌ها و استراتژی‌های مالی.
• تهیه و ارائه گزارش‌های مالی ماهانه و سالانه.
• مدیریت بودجه و نظارت بر هزینه‌ها و درآمدها.
• انجام تحلیل‌های مالی برای شناسایی روندها و فرصت‌های بهبود.
• نظارت بر تبعیت از مقررات و استانداردهای حسابداری و مالیاتی.
• همکاری با سایر مدیران برای پیش‌بینی و برنامه‌ریزی مالی آینده.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه مدیریتی در حوزه مالی.
• مهارت‌های قوی در تحلیل داده‌ها و گزارش‌نویسی مالی.
• توانایی مدیریت و هدایت تیم‌های کاری.
• آشنایی با استانداردها و مقررات مالی.

The financial manager plays a vital role in directing and managing the financial activities of the Kosar Cultural Complex. In this direction, the individual produces detailed financial reports and offers financial improvement strategies based on data analysis. It also oversees financial regulations and cooperates with the management team to formulate long-term financial strategies.

- Developing and implementing financial programs and strategies

Competences:
- Academic Degree in Financial, Accounting or Banking
