وظایف:
- اولویت اول: جذب و استخدام نیروهای متخصص با روش‌های حضوری و غیرحضوری، مانند جستجو در دانشگاه‌های مرتبط، مراکز آموزشی برای جذب افراد نخبه.
- اولویت دوم: بهبود فرآیند استخدام و تدوین استراتژی برای جذب نیروهای با کیفیت.
- اولویت سوم: توسعه و بهبود استراتژی‌های استخدام برای نتایج بهتر.
- ارزیابی فرآیند خرید به عنوان مشتری: بررسی از دید مشتری که هرگونه ضعفی را به واحد مربوطه گزارش داده و ارزیابی و بهبود عملکرد نیروهای آن واحد در صورت نیاز جایگزین کردن اون نیرو.
- جذب و غربالگری نیروهای مناسب.
- ایجاد فرآیند و سیستم مشخص و مکتوب برای استخدام.
- برگزاری مصاحبه و ارزیابی توانایی‌های متقاضیان.
- تهیه قراردادها و مدیریت مدارک استخدامی.
مسئولیت‌ها:
- حفظ کیفیت استخدام و اطمینان از تطابق نیروهای جذب‌شده با نیازهای تیم.
- همکاری با بخش‌های دیگر برای درک دقیق نیازها و ارائه بهترین راهکارهای استخدامی.
- رعایت حریم خصوصی و حقوق قانونی کارکنان.
شرایط احراز:
- دانش قوانین کار و آشنایی با مقررات مربوط به استخدام.
- آشنایی با بازارهای مالی و فارکس برای جذب نیروهای متخصص.
- مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی و توانایی تصمیم‌گیری سریع.

Duties:
