مدرک و رشته تحصیلی : دکتری داروسازی
10 سال سابقه کار مدیریتی ترجیحاً دارویی
دانش مدیریت تولید
برنامه‌ریزی از پیش و تصمیم‌گیری‌های به موقع در جهت راستای اهداف سازمانی
مهارت در برنامه‌ریزی و سازماندهی و پیگیری تمامی عدم تطابق‌ها
اجرائی کردن تمامی استانداردها
توانایی توسعه و پیاده‌سازی استراتژی‌ها و تحلیل داده‌ها و بهینه‌سازی فرایندهای تولید
آشنایی با تکنولوژی‌های جدید تولید
آشنایی با سیستم‌های کنترل کیفیت
تسلط کامل با استانداردهای ایمنی کار
مهارت در مدیریت پروژه
توانایی برقرار کردن ارتباط موثر با تیم‌های مختلف
آشنایی با مدیریت موجودی
مهارت در مدیریت منابع
توانایی مدیریت تیم و کنترل و هماهنگی تمامی واحدها
هدایت و جهت‌دهی به کلیه فعالیت‌های واحدها به منظور تحقق اهداف سازمان
هدایت پرسنل و نیروهای تابعه در جهت تحقق اهداف سازمانی در این واحد
نظارت و هماهنگی به واحدهای تولید جهت دستیابی به برنامه تولید

نظارت بر رعایت استانداردهای تولیدی
نظارت بر انبار
تدوین برنامه خرید بر اساس برنامه فروش تایید شده توسط مدیر عامل
ایجاد آرشیو ثبت کلیه اطلاعات خرید، فروش
ارتباطات قوی و تفویض اختیار
مدیریت در تعارض
ایجاد تحرک و اشتیاق بکار

Hiring a factory manager with a Ph.D. degree in a reputable pharmaceutical company located in Karaj with the following conditions:
degree and field of study: Ph.D. in Pharmacy
10 years of managerial work experience, preferably pharmaceutical
knowledge of production management
planning in advance and making timely decisions in line with organizational goals
skills in planning and organizing and following up on all non-conformities
implementing all standards
ability to develop and implement strategies and data analysis and optimization of production processes
Familiarity with new production technologies
Familiarity with quality control systems
Complete mastery of work safety standards
Skill in project management
Ability to establish effective communication with different teams
Familiarity with inventory management
Skill in resource management
Ability to manage the team and control and coordinate all units
Guide and direct all unit activities in order to achieve goals Organization
Direction of personnel and subordinate forces in order to achieve organizational goals in this unit
Supervision and coordination of production units to achieve the production plan
Finalization and validation of the estimation of time resources, manpower, and the time required for the production of products
Supervision of compliance with production standards
Supervision of the warehouse
Compilation of the purchase plan based on the sales plan approved by the CEO
Creation of the delegation archive of all purchase and sale information
Strong communication and registration Authority
