کارشناس تضمین کیفیت | Quality Assurance Expert

شرح شغل:

• نظارت بر فرآیندهای تولید برای تضمین کیفیت محصولات.
• توسعه و بهبود سیستم‌های کنترل کیفیت.
• انجام بازرسی‌ها و آزمایش‌های لازم بر روی محصولات.
• تهیه گزارش‌های تحلیلی از داده‌های کیفیت و پیشنهاد راه‌حل‌های بهبود.
• همکاری با تیم‌های مختلف برای ارتقاء استانداردهای کیفی.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به مایکروسافت آفیس به ویژه اکسل. 
• مسلط به الزامات سیستم مدیریت کیفیت ISO 9001:2015.
• مسلط به الزامات ممیزی ISO 19011:2018.
• مسلط به دیدگاه فرآیندی و مدیریت فرآیندهای سازمان.
• مسلط به روش‌های شناسایی و ارزیابی ریسک و فرصت.
• مدرک کارشناسی در رشته مهندسی صنایع.
• آشنایی با اصول و مفاهیم کنترل کیفیت.
• توانایی تحلیل داده‌ها و تهیه گزارش‌های کیفی.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی برای همکاری مؤثر با تیم‌های داخلی.
• تجربه کاری مرتبط در صنعت خودرو مزیت محسوب می‌شود.
• افراد آشنا با سیستم‌های مدیریت رضایت مشتریان ISO 10002-ISO10004 و استاندارد7558 (وسایل نقلیه دو یا سه چرخ ـ مقررات تایید نوع و روش اجرایی) در اولویت جذب قرار دارند.

Responsibilities:
- Monitoring production processes to ensure product quality
- Developing and improving quality control systems
- Conducting necessary inspections and tests on products
- Preparing analytical reports from data quality issues and proposing improvement solutions
- cooperation with different teams to improve quality standards ISO 19011:2018 audit requirements
Mastery of the process view and management of organization processes
Mastery of risk and opportunity identification and evaluation methods
People familiar with customer satisfaction management systems ISO 10002-ISO10004 and standard 7558 (two vehicles or three wheels - regulations for approval of type and implementation method) are in the priority of recruitment


Competencies:
- Bachelor degree in industrial engineering
- Familiarity with the principles and concepts of quality control
>- Ability to analyze data and prepare qualitative reports
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with internal teams
- Relevant work experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
