کارشناس رگولاتوری | Regulatory Expert

مسئولیت‌ها و وظایف:

• تهیه، تنظیم و بررسی مدارک و مستندات مورد نیاز برای اخذ مجوزهای لازم از سازمان‌های ذی‌ربط (مانند سازمان غذا و دارو).
• پیگیری فرآیندهای ثبت محصول و اخذ تأییدیه‌های لازم.
• اطمینان از رعایت قوانین و مقررات مربوط به تولید، توزیع و برچسب‌گذاری محصولات.
• برقراری ارتباط و مکاتبه با سازمان‌های نظارتی داخلی و بین‌المللی.
• به‌روزرسانی اطلاعات مربوط به الزامات قانونی و دستورالعمل‌های جدید.
• همکاری با تیم‌های داخلی (تولید، تضمین کیفیت، بازاریابی و فروش) برای اطمینان از تطابق محصولات با استانداردهای رگولاتوری.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های داروسازی، شیمی، مهندسی پزشکی، صنایع غذایی یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط.
• حداقل دو سال تجربه کاری مرتبط در حوزه رگولاتوری (ترجیحاً در صنعت داروسازی یا مکمل‌های غذایی).

مهارت‌ها:

• آشنایی کامل با قوانین و مقررات سازمان غذا و دارو و فرآیندهای ثبت محصولات دارویی و مکمل‌ها.
• مهارت در تنظیم و مستندسازی پرونده‌های رگولاتوری.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای ورد، اکسل و پاورپوینت. 
• توانایی مکاتبه و گزارش‌نویسی حرفه‌ای به زبان فارسی و انگلیسی.

Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Preparation, arrangement and documentation of the required documents to obtain the necessary permits from relevant organizations (such as the Food and Drug Administration)
2. Product registration processes tracking and obtaining the necessary approval
3. Ensure the rules and regulations related to the production, distribution and labeling of products
4. Communication and correspondence with domestic and international supervisory organizations
5. Updating information about legal requirements and new instructions
6. Cooperation with domestic teams (production, quality assurance, marketing and sales) to ensure products compliance with regulatory standards

Terms and skills required:
1. Undergraduate or higher degrees in pharmacy, chemistry, medical engineering, food industry or other related fields
2. At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the field of regulator (preferably in pharmaceutical or dietary supplements)

Skills:
• Full familiarity with the rules and regulations of the Food and Drug Administration and Pharmaceutical Products and Supplements
• Skills in Regulating and Documenting Regulatory File
• Mastery of Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Professional correspondence and reporting in Farsi and English
