Commercial Data Analyst

Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical individual with a passion for data-driven decision-making to help drive growth and optimize business performance. As a Commercial Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing trends, generating insights, and work with the team to improve user’s purchasing behavior.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize advanced analytical techniques to analyze customer behavior, sales trends, and market dynamics to drive business growth.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the effectiveness of commercial strategies.
• Monitor and Improve Conversion Rate of our main funnels.
• Optimize our customized offers and hot deals for users.
• Identify our valuable customers and extract actionable insights for implementing retention strategies for them and improve their purchasing metrics
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making and address business questions of stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and share insights with the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation from relational databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into insights.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and automation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
