شرح شغل:

• منبع‌یابی.
• افزایش تعداد تامین‌کنندگان از طریق مذاکره.
• مذاکره جهت کاهش هزینه‌های غیر ضروری.
• مدیریت مستقیم قراردادها.
• نظارت مستقیم بر عملکرد تامین‌کنندگان.
• تهیه گزارش‌های منظم مدیریتی.

شرایط احراز:

• توانایی آنالیز، سازماندهی و مدیریت پروژه.
• قدرت مذاکره و چانه‌زنی.
• روحیه مشتری‌مداری.
• توانایی کار تیمی.
• دانش خرید.
• داشتن سطح پیشرفته در زبان انگلیسی.
• مسلط به اکسل پیشرفته.
• مدرک تحصیلی ترجیحاً در رشته‌های مهندسی صنایع یا مهندسی مکانیک.

• Sourcing.
• Increase the number of suppliers through negotiation.
• Negotiate to reduce unnecessary costs.
• Manage contracts.
• Monitor supplier performance.
• Prepare regular management reports.
