Responsibilities:
- Design the UI/UX of MamanPaz applications and website to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
- Provide design guidance and establish UI/UX standards to ensure consistency with our brand identity.
- Conduct user tests and analyze feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
- Accurately understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions and proposals.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 successfully implemented projects in UI/UX design.
- Ability to benchmark against industry standards and provide best practices.
- Proficiency in Adobe XD, Figma, or other design and prototyping tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and provide design solutions.
- Familiarity with popular design systems and frameworks.
- Expertise in designing and implementing user behavior analysis methods for a deeper understanding of user needs.
- Sufficient experience in creating and executing Wireframes, Prototypes, Storyboards, and User Flows.
- Knowledge of user interface tests, including Usability Testing and Heatmap analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
