About Us: We are a pioneering SaaS provider specializing in server and website monitoring, delivering global, real-time insights for Linux and Windows systems. Our platform ensures organizations maintain high reliability with built-in uptime and health tracking. We are currently seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to enhance our mobile app, web app, and website, preferably using Figma. This role offers flexible and negotiable working hours and days. The position is remote, with an option for a hybrid setup if preferred.
Primary Responsibilities
User Experience Research & Design
- Conduct user research to gather insights and understand user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma to improve user experience and interface across our digital platforms.
Mobile App Design
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to design intuitive and engaging mobile app interfaces.
- Ensure the mobile app design is aligned with our brand identity and meets user expectations.
Web App & Website Design
- Design user-friendly web app interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
- Optimize website design for usability, accessibility, and responsiveness.
User Testing & Feedback Integration
- Conduct usability testing to gather user feedback and iterate on designs.
- Analyze user feedback to make informed design decisions and improvements.
Brand Consistency & Design System Development
- Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to ensure brand consistency in all design elements.
Secondary Responsibilities
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to align design strategies with business goals.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall product development lifecycle.
Stay Updated with Design Trends
- Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure our designs remain innovative and competitive.
- Share insights and recommendations with the team to continuously enhance our design approach.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within SaaS or tech-focused environments.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present design concepts effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with user testing tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of front-end development basics (HTML, CSS) to facilitate collaboration with developers.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.
