As a member of our team, you will be responsible for designing user experiences from idea to delivery in a cross-functional environment. You will work closely with product managers, designers, researchers, technical engineers, and other stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include taking a holistic approach to the user experience — from discovery to delivery — inspiring change, and delivering user flows, wireframes, UI mockups, and prototypes. If you have the technical skills, experience, and creativity to design beautiful solutions to FinTech challenges, we are eager to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Make design-related decisions based on quantitative and qualitative data and user research.
• Gain a complete understanding of the product and user needs.
• Document the entire design process clearly and consistently.
• Provide design advice and guidance to others.
• Brainstorm and actively develop creative concepts.
• Communicate design concepts, rationale, and research findings with team members and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple priorities, consistently meet deadlines, and support projects from concept to completion in a fast-paced environment.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in UX research and the ability to analyze user requirements.
• Knowledge of current industry best practices, design methodologies, and UI/UX trends.
• Experience designing multi-platform websites and mobile applications.
• Ability to design engaging, seamless user journeys.
• The capability to analyze competitors and bring fresh ideas for international website design.
• Strong graphic design skills, including layout, typography, and color theory.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including analysis and reasoning.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Prototype tools.
• Strong desire to solve problems creatively with a positive attitude.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience with Figma in product design.
