Industrial Designer

We are seeking a creative and skilled Industrial Designer to collaborate on the design of a physical product that includes sensor integration. The ideal candidate will be capable of developing a functional and manufacturable design that accommodates electronic components, especially sensors, while maintaining structural integrity, usability, and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop product concepts and 3D models based on project requirements
Design mechanical structures with proper space and support for sensor placement
Select appropriate materials considering durability, weight, and cost
Collaborate closely with the electronics team to ensure mechanical-electronic compatibility
Prepare technical documentation, including CAD drawings and design files
Optimize the design for manufacturing and prototyping (DFM)

Requirements:
Degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, Rhino, Fusion 360)
Familiarity with mechanical design principles and ergonomic considerations
Experience in designing products that combine mechanical and electronic components is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clear technical documentation
