• آشنایی کار با رایانه و زبان انگلیسی.
• آشنایی کامل با تجهیزات دستگاه‌های تولیدی صنایع غذایی.
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای تخصصی فنی.
• آشنایی با سیستم مدیریت کیفیت و ایمنی غذایی.
• توانایی انجام امور تاسیساتی.
• توانایی انجام امور فنی برق و مکانیک.
• توانایی یادگیری و تحقیق مسائل فنی جدید و مرتبط.
• توانایی مدیریت تیم فنی و تعامل قوی.
