سرپرست زیرساخت‌های نرم‌افزاری | Software Infrastructure Team Lead

شرکت آسیاتک به دنبال یک سرپرست تیم زیرساخت‌های نرم‌افزاری برای رهبری تیم‌های فنی و بهبود سامانه‌های زیرساختی در صنعت فناوری اطلاعات و مخابرات است. این موقعیت در تهران است و نیازمند فردی با تجربه و مهارت در طراحی و پیاده‌سازی راهکارهای نوآورانه است.

مسئولیت‌ها:

• نظارت پشتیبان‌گیری از ماشین‌های مجازی.
• پیکربندی تنظیمات امنیتی یا مجوزهای دسترسی ماشین‌های فیزیکی و مجازی.
• شناسایی علل مشکلات زیرساخت سیستمی و شبکه مرتبط با آن.
• مستندسازی فعالیت‌های پشتیبانی ماشین‌های مجازی.
• نصب/حذف، ارتقا و به‌روزرسانی سرویس‌های زیرساخت، ماشین‌های مجازی، سیستم عامل‌ها (مانند ESXi، مایکروسافت و لینوکس).
• ارزیابی نسخه‌‌های پشتیبان به منظور حصول اطمینان از در دسترس بودن داده‌ها و ماشین‌ها و شناسایی مشکلات برای اهداف Disaster Recovery.
• تست ماشین‌های مجازی برای تعیین میزان استفاده از منابع، در دسترس بودن فضای دیسک یا عملکرد سرور.
• پیکربندی و تعریف پارامترهای نصب یا آزمایش SAN ،Host، مالتی‌پلکسر یا تجهیزات شبکه مرتبط.
• کنترل منابع ماشین‌های فیزیکی و مجازی، سرویس‌های تحت نظر تیم و کسب اطلاعات در مورد Patch، انتشارها، ویروس‌ها یا شناسایی مشکل احتمالی.
• بررسی رخدادهای Storage، ماشین‌های فیزیکی و مجازی.
• تهیه گزارش دوره‌ای از وضعیت فعالیت‌های پشتیبان‌گیری، وضعیت خطاهای ماشین‌های مجازی.

شرایط احراز:

• توانمند در Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
• توانمند در مفاهیم ITIL.
• مسلط به (LPIC1) و (LPIC2).
• توانمند در Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA: Windows Server).
• توانمند در +Server.
• توانایی در VMware vRealize.
• آشنایی با Storage SAN/vSAN.
• توانمند در Veeam Backup و VM Monitoring.
• توانمند در CCNP(SW).

Asiatech is looking for a software infrastructure team leader to lead technical teams and improve infrastructure systems in the IT and telecommunications industry. This position is in Tehran and requires someone with experience and skills in designing and implementing innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor backup of virtual machines
- Configure security settings or permissions Access of physical and virtual machines
- Identifying the causes of system and network infrastructure problems related to it
- Documenting virtual machine support activities
- Installing/removing, upgrading and updating infrastructure services, virtual machines , operating systems (such as ESXi, Microsoft and Linux)
- Evaluation of backups to ensure availability of data and machines and identify problems for disaster recovery purposes
- Testing virtual machines to determine resource utilization, space availability disk or server performance
- configure and define installation or test parameters of SAN, Host, multiplexer or related network equipment
- control resources of physical and virtual machines, services under the supervision of the team and obtain information about patches, releases , viruses or identify a possible problem

Competencies:
- Capable in Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- Proficient in ITIL concepts
