خلاصه شرح شغل:
کمک به پیشبرد پروژه‌های بهبود و طرح های تعالی سازمان از طریق مشارکت در برنامه ریزی، تحلیل، حل تعارض ها و مدیریت پروژه های بهبود.
اهم مسئولیت‌ها و وظایف محول شده به این جایگاه شغلی:
- انجام تحلیل های فرآیندی، کسب و کاری، سیستمی و اطلاعاتی به منظور تعیین راهکارهای بهبود و حل مسائل سازمان.
- تحلیل و شناسایی فرصت های بهبود و کمک به تعریف، اجرا و راهبری طرح های تعالی و پروژه های بهبود و برقراری ارتباط موثر با ذینفعان آن ها.
- تحلیل کلان ساختارها و کلان فرآیندها و ارزیابی و تحلیل بلوغ و کارآمدی حاکمیت سازمانی و تعیین نقاط بهبود به منظور استقرار و بهبود حاکمیت‌های سازمانی.
- تسهیلگری و حصول اطمینان از برقراری ارتباط موثر بین تیم پشتیبانی IFS و واحدهای عملیاتی و تعریف و نظارت بر سبد و سطح خدمات تیم پشتیبانی IFS.
- شناسایی، تحلیل و کمک به حل مسائل، تعارض‌ ها و ریسک ‌ها در طرح‌ های تعالی و پروژه های بهبود.
- نیازسنجی و اجرای آموزش های IFS و سازمان دهی و به روزرسانی مستندات آموزشی و فنی سیستم IFS.
- 5 سال سابقه کار در واحدهای مالی یا تحلیل سیستم‌های مالی.
- تسلط بر استانداردهای جامع مالی و حسابداری.
- تسلط بر فرایندهای مالی.
- تسلط بر دانش اصول و مفاهیم جامع مالی.
- تسلط بر تهیه انواع گزارش‌های حسابداری.
- تسلط بر نحوه عملکرد ساختار مالی کسب و کارها، ارتباط اجزا مختلف سازمان با مباحث بودجه و مالی و الزامات مالی.
- طراحی فرآیند کسب و کار با استفاده از Visual paradigm.

Summary of job description:
Help advance improvement projects and organizational excellence plans through participation in planning, analysis, conflict resolution and management of improvement projects.
The main responsibilities and duties assigned to this job position:
- Conducting process, business, system and information analysis in order to determine solutions for improvement and solving the organization's problems.
- Analyzing and identifying improvement opportunities and helping to define, implement and manage excellence plans and improvement projects and communicating effectively with their stakeholders.
- Macro analysis of structures and macro processes and evaluation and analysis of maturity and efficiency of organizational governance and determination of improvement points in order to establish and improve organizational governance.
- Facilitating and ensuring effective communication between the IFS support team and operational units and defining and monitoring the portfolio and service level of the IFS support team.
- Identifying, analyzing and helping to solve problems, conflicts and risks in excellence plans and improvement projects.
- Need assessment and implementation of IFS trainings and organization and updating of training and technical documentation of IFS system.
- 5 years of work experience in financial units or financial systems analysis.
- Mastery of comprehensive financial and accounting standards.
- Mastery of financial processes.
- Mastering the knowledge of comprehensive financial principles and concepts.
- Mastery in preparing all kinds of accounting reports.
- Mastery of the functioning of the financial structure of businesses, the connection of different parts of the organization with budget and financial issues and financial requirements.
- Business process design using Visual paradigm.
