We are building a next-generation platform at the intersection of e-commerce and
transportation. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping
product experiences, driving new initiatives, and continuously improving existing
solutions.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers,
Designers, Engineers, and Data Analysts to discover opportunities, define
solutions, and deliver value to our users and business.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of product initiatives from discovery through delivery and
iteration.
- Lead user research activities, synthesize insights from data analysis and
market studies to inform product strategy.
- Define clear, actionable product requirements and user stories aligned with
user needs and business goals.
- Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, and Data teams to build and
deliver high-quality solutions.
- Prioritize product features, improvements, and bug fixes based on impact,
user value, and business strategy.
- Track product performance through KPIs and user feedback, and drive
continuous optimization.
- Support QA processes by validating product quality and ensuring a seamless user experience at launch.
- Communicate product vision, progress, and decisions effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Adapt to shifting domain needs while establishing deep ownership over key
product areas.
- Contribute to building a strong product culture based on collaboration,
learning, and user-centricity.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in product management, ideally in tech, e-commerce,
or transportation-related platforms.
- Strong product thinking and user-centric mindset: ability to connect user
needs with business outcomes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, especially in environments with ambiguity
and rapid change.
- Proven ability to drive initiatives independently and take end-to-end ownership
of product outcomes.
- Solid project management skills, including scope management, timeline
tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong communication skills: able to clearly articulate product vision,
decisions, and priorities across stakeholders.
- Data-driven decision-making skills: able to define KPIs, interpret product
metrics, and derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with product discovery methods such as user interviews, usability
testing, and market research.
- Comfortable working with product and analytics tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence,
Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Amplitude).
- Proficiency in English for technical reading, documentation, and cross-team
communication.
