شرح وظایف:

• ثبت کلیه تراکنش‌های مالی در نرم‌افزارهای حسابداری.
• مدیریت نقدینگی، نظارت و ارائه گزارش نقدینگی به صورت روزانه.
• تطابق دقیق نقدینگی روزانه و به موقع و پیگیری حل‌وفصل همه مغایرت‌ها.
• آماده‌سازی ورودی حساب دارایی، بدهی و سرمایه با جمع‌آوری و تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات.
• انجام فرآیند پرداخت روزانه با تجزیه‌وتحلیل، گردآوری و انجام تراکنش‌های بانکی.
• مدیریت وجوه نقد با تأمین هزینه‌های مورد نیاز، نظارت، گزارش و ثبت.
• نظارت بر ثبت اسناد مربوط به دریافت و پرداخت روزانه و اطمینان از صحت بارگذاری اطلاعات.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌حسابداری.
• مسلط به اصول، مفاهیم و استاندارهای حسابداری.
• حداقل پنج سال سابقۀ کاری در حسابداری خزانه.
• مسلط به امور و قوانین بانکی از قبیل: افتتاح حساب، دریافت و پرداخت نقدی و چک.
• مسلط به انواع گزارشات خزانه داری از قبیل گزارش منابع و مصارف، اسناد پرداختی و دریافتی.
• مسلط به امور دریافت و پرداخت ارزی.
• مسلط به انواع تسهیلات بانکی و ضمانت نامه بانکی.
• مسلط به اکسل.
• آشنایی با CRM.
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای یکپارچه مالی (آشنایی با راهکاران سیستم و سپیدار مزیت محسوب می‌گردد).
• پیگیر، نتیجه‌گرا و مسئولیت‌پذیر.
• روحیه کار تیمی.
• حداکثر سن: 40 سال.

· Mastering all types of treasury reports such as resource and expense reports, payment and receipt documents
· Mastering receiving and payment matters Currency.
· Proficient in all types of banking facilities and bank guarantees.
· Proficient in Excel
· Familiarity with CRM. Familiarity with integrated financial software (familiarity with system and Sepidar solutions is an advantage). Year

Description of duties:
· Recording all financial transactions in accounting software.
· Managing liquidity, monitoring and presenting liquidity reports on a daily basis.
· Accurately matching daily and timely liquidity and following up on the resolution of all discrepancies.
· Preparing the entry of asset, liability and capital accounts by collecting and analyzing information.
· Carrying out the daily payment process. by analyzing, compiling and performing bank transactions.
· Cash management by providing required expenses, monitoring, reporting and recording.
· Monitoring the registration of documents related to daily receipt and payment and ensuring accuracy Loading information.
