شرح وظایف:
- پشتیبانی و نگهداری سرویس‌های زیرساختی شبکه.
- پشتیبانی VoIP سازمانی.
- نصب، پیکربندی و نگهداری ماشین‌های مجازی.
- مجازی‌سازی، ذخیره‌سازی و پشتیبان‌گیری اطلاعات.
- شناسایی، تحلیل و رفع مشکلات شبکه.
- به‌روزرسانی و ارتقای سخت‌افزاری و نرم‌افزاری شبکه و امنیت.
- ارتقای شبکه با توجه به نیاز کاربران و فناوری‌های روز دنیا، شناسایی و رفع عیب‌های سیستم، تهیه پشتیبان و بکاپ، نظارت بر نحوه کارکرد شبکه و تعیین زمان‌بندی برای تعمیر و نگهداری.
- تولید مستندات و تهیه و ارائه گزارش فنی.
شرایط احراز:
- آشنایی با تجهیزات امنیت شبکه از جمله Firewalls ،Secure Mail Gateway ،Secure Web.
- آشنایی با تجهیزات WAF.
- مسلط به سخت‌افزارهای سرور HPE.
- مسلط به پیکربندی و کار با تجهیزات سیسکو و میکروتیک.
- آشنایی با زیرساخت شبکه ذخیره‌سازی Cisco ،CCNA ،Switching/Routing ،VMware VCP/VCA ،Network+ ،SAN.
Description of duties:
Support and maintenance of network infrastructure services
