محل کار: ترجیحاً غرب تهران

شرح وظایف:
1. ابدیت و نظارت بر تیم مالی و اطمینان از انجام به‌موقع و دقیق وظایف.
2. بررسی و تأیید گزارش‌های مالی، صورت‌های مالی و بودجه‌ها.
3. همکاری با مدیر در تدوین و اجرای استراتژی‌های مالی سازمان.
4. نظارت بر فرآیندهای حسابداری، شامل حساب‌های payable/receivable، حقوق و دستمزد و امور مالیاتی.
5. مدیریت جریان نقدی و کنترل هزینه‌ها به منظور بهبود سودآوری.
6. تحلیل داده‌های مالی و ارائه گزارش‌های تحلیلی به مدیریت ارشد.
7. اطمینان از رعایت قوانین و استانداردهای مالی و حسابداری.
8. شناسایی ریسک‌های مالی و ارائه راهکارهای کاهش آن‌ها.
9. هماهنگی با حسابرسان داخلی و خارجی در فرآیند حسابرسی.
10. آموزش و راهنمایی کارشناسان مالی و بهبود عملکرد تیم.

شرایط و الزامات:
1. تحصیلات: حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های حسابداری، مالی یا مدیریت مالی. ترجیحاً دارنده مدرک کارشناسی ارشد.
2. تجربه: حداقل 5 سال سابقه کار در حوزه مالی و حسابداری، با حداقل 2 سال سابقه در پست‌های نظارتی یا سرپرستی.
3. مهارت‌های فنی:
- تسلط به نرم‌افزارهای مالی و حسابداری (مانند SAP، QuickBooks، Excel پیشرفته و ...).
- آشنایی با استانداردهای حسابداری و قوانین مالیاتی.
4. مهارت‌های نرم:
- توانایی رهبری و مدیریت تیم.
- مهارت‌های ارتباطی و مذاکره قوی.
- توانایی تحلیل مسائل پیچیده مالی و ارائه راهکارهای عملی.
5. گواهینامه‌ها: دارا بودن گواهینامه‌های حرفه‌ای مانند CPA، CMA یا CFA امتیاز محسوب می‌شود.
6. سایر شرایط:
- توانایی کار تحت فشار و مدیریت چندین پروژه به صورت همزمان.
- توجه به جزئیات و دقت بالا در انجام کارها.

Tasks Description:
1. Eternity and overseeing the financial team and ensuring time and accurate tasks.
2. Review and verify financial reports, financial statements and budgets.
3. Collaborate with the manager in the formulation and implementation of the organization's financial strategies.
4. Monitoring accounting processes, including Payable/Receivable accounts, salaries and taxes.
5. Cash flow management and cost control to improve profitability.
6. Analyzing financial data and providing analytical reports to senior management.
7. Ensure financial and accounting rules and standards.
8. Identify financial risks and provide solutions to their reduction.
9. Coordination with internal and external auditors in the audit process.
10. Training and guidance of financial experts and improving team performance.

Terms and Requirements:
1. Education: Minimum undergraduate degree in accounting, financial or financial management. Preferably a master's degree holder.
2. Experience: At least 5 years of work experience in the field of financial and accounting, with at least 2 years of experience in supervisory or supervisory posts.
3. Technical Skills:
- Mastery of financial and accounting software (such as SAP, Quickbooks, Advanced Excel, etc.).
- Introduction to accounting standards and tax laws.
4. Soft Skills:
- The ability to lead and manage the team.
- Strong communication skills and negotiation.
- Ability to analyze complex financial issues and provide practical solutions.
5. Certificates: Having professional certificates such as CPA, CMA or CFA is a score.
