Our Marketing team collaborates to make it happen. we have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a crucial part of our team as a Senior Campaign Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to attract new customers and build repeat business.
- Test marketing channels and tactics to identify the most effective and scalable strategies
- Project management of campaigns from ideation to execution
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align campaigns with business goals and brand values
- Identify and develop partnership opportunities with other businesses and organizations
- Work with designers and copywriters to develop creative assets for campaigns
- Daily Monitoring and Analyzing campaign performance and marketing KPIs (Order, New user, CPO, CAC, etc)
- Developing appropriate communication strategies to support integrated campaign objectives and communicate brand values to users through various channels
- Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the tech or e-commerce industry
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working with external agencies and vendors
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data to drive business decisions
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of marketing channels and tactics, including email marketing, social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing
- Passion for the grocery industry and a desire to make a positive impact on people's lives
- Experience working with user acquisition and retention metrics, such as CAC, LTV, churn rate, and cohort analysis
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
