شرح شغل:

• شناسایی الزامات حوزه‌های ذینفع موضوع خرید بمنظور حصول اطمینان از تطابق خرید با الزامات شرکت.
• بررسی مداوم شرایط و عوامل موثر در واردات تجهیزات به کشور به منظور شناسایی فرصت­‌های خرید تجهیزات.
• تحلیل درخواست متقاضیان تجهیزات مورد نیاز به منظور تطبیق با دستورالعمل‌های مصوب و انجام امور محوله در خصوص تشریفات خرید در کوتاه‌ترین زمان ممکن.
• همکاری در تشخیص، تعیین و تبیین خرید به یکی از روش‌های مناقصه عام، محدود و بین المللی، ترک تشریفات مناقصه و انحصاری براساس آیین‌نامه مصوب به منظور تسریع انجام.
• انجام مذاکره با شرکت‌های تامین‌کننده بصورتیکه شرایط خرید تجهیزات و خدمات از جمله، قیمت، نحوه پرداخت، تحویل، و سایر تعهدات قراردادی نهایی گردد.
• پیگیری ارسال پاکات پیشنهاد قیمت به کمیسیون معاملات به منظور ارسال در موعد مقرر.
• اخذ تاییدات خرید، مجوزهای فنی، اخذ ضمانت‌نامه‌ها و کلیه مکاتبات مربوط به انجام درخواست‌های خرید بمنظور اجرای تشریفات خرید.
• نهایی سازی برنامه زمانبندی خریدهای تجهیزات و خدمات خارجی، کنترل حمل به موقع تجهیزات و ارائه به موقع خدمات.
• نظارت بر عملکرد تامین ‌کنندگان تجهیزات، ارایه گزارشات پیشرفت پروژه ‌های خرید و شرایط مالی هر خرید مبنی بر درخواست و پیگیری پرداخت به موقع به تامین‌کنندگان.
• گردآوری اطلاعات در مورد خرید تجهیزات شبکه رادیویی با بررسی نتیجه مقایسه قیمت‌ها و شرایط فروش پیشنهادات واصله بر اساس اختیارات تفویض شده و با نظر مقام مافوق به منظور کاهش هزینه‌ها.
• پیگیری فرایند ورود اطلاعات خرید تجهیزات و خدمات در سیستم SAP به منظور پیگیری درخواست خرید و انجام امور صدور سفارش خرید و انجام مراحل اداری انجام خرید به منظور اخذ مجوزهای لازم خرید.
