• تجربه و سابقه کاری مرتبط با صنعت خودرو ترجیحاً موتورسیکلت.
• امکان حضور تمام وقت در کارخانه در قم.
• تسلط کامل به تولید و فرآیند تبدیل مواد خام به محصول نهایی.
• تسلطه به مکانیک ماشین‌آلات و ابزارها از قبیل نحوه طراحی، استفاده و تعمیر و نگهداری.

• هدایت و هماهنگی تولید و فرآیندهای سازمان.
• مرور برنامه‌ها و جداول فرآیندی و دستورات تولید برای تصمیم‌گیری با در نظر گرفتن نیازهای مختلف خط تولید، نیروی انسانی، فرآیندهای کاری و وظایف محوله با لحاظ بودجه و زمان مشخص شده.
• مرور عملیات با ملاحظه مدارک فنی و اداری به منظور حل مشکلات فرآیند یا تولید.
• توسعه و اجرای فرآیند تولید و سیستم‌های کنترل کیفیت، تجزیه‌وتحلیل گزارش‌های تولید، تعمیرات و گزارش‌های دیگر عملیاتی برای محافظت از بروز مشکلات در تولید.
• استخدام، آموزش یا اخراج کارکنان و حل درگیری و مشکلات پرسنلی.
• آماده‌سازی گزارش‌های تولید و نیز ثبت‌های مربوط به پرسنل.

Experience and work experience related to the automobile industry, preferably motorcycles

mastery of the mechanics of machines and tools such as how design, use and maintenance
management and administrative affairs, principles of management and business that are used in strategic planning, allocation of different resources, human resources, leadership techniques, production methods and coordination of people and resources

- Guiding and coordinating the organization's production and processes
- Reviewing the plans and process tables and production orders to make decisions considering the different needs of the production line, manpower, work processes and assigned tasks in terms of budget and specified time
- review of operations considering technical and administrative documents in order to solve process or production problems
- development and implementation of production process and quality control systems, analysis of production reports, repairs and other operational reports to protect the occurrence of problems in production
- Hiring, training or firing employees and solving conflicts and personnel problems
- Preparation of production reports and records related to personnel
