کارشناس بهبود فرآیند | Process Improvement Specialist

انتظارات:

• الگوبرداری از بِه‌روش‌های فرآیندی و برنامه‌ریزی برای پیاده‌سازی یا بهبود فرآیندها در سازمان.
• شناسایی و مستندسازی وضعیت موجود فرآیندهای سازمان.
• ارزیابی و کنترل مستمر فرآیندهای سازمان و شناسایی نقاط قابل بهبود با هدف افزایش بهره‌وری.
• مدیریت یا انجام پروژه‌های بهبود فرآیندی در سطح سازمان.
• ارائه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای از وضعیت سلامت فرآیندهای سازمان.
• فرهنگ‌سازی و آموزش چرخه BPM در سازمان/انتقال دانش و توانمند‌سازی تیم‌ها.

مهارت‌ها:

• مسلط به چرخه مدیریت فرآیندهای کسب‌وکار (BPM).
• مسلط به استاندارد مدل‌سازی فرآیند BPMN و ابزارهای مدل‌سازی مانند Visual Paradigm.
• مسلط به ممیزی فرآیندها و تدوین و پایش شاخص‌های کنترلی.
• آشنایی با چارچوب‌های حوزه مدیریت فرآیندها، مانند: APQC PCF و ITIL.
• آشنایی با متدولوژی‌های چابک و تجربه استفاده از Jira.
• آشنایی با استانداردهای مدیریت کیفیت و تعالی سازمانی، مانند: ISO9001 و EFQM.

Skills:
fluent in the Business Process Management Cycle (BPM)
fluent in the standardization of BPMN process modeling and modeling tools such as Visual Paradigm
fluent in the process audit and editing and monitoring of control indicators
acquaintance with process management frameworks, such as: APQC PCF Experience to use jira
Introduction to Quality Management Standards and Organizational Excellence, such as: ISO9001 and EFQM

Expectations:
Explore process and planning methods to implement or improve processes in the organization
Identify and document the existing status of the organization's processes
Improvement and control of the processes or controls. Process at the Organization level
Periodic reports on the health status of the processes of the organization
Culture and BPM Cycle Training in the Organization/ Transfer of Knowledge and Empowerment of Teams
