وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:

• افزایش رضایت مشتری: تمرکز بر جلب رضایت مشتریان از طریق ارائه خدمات باکیفیت و رسیدگی به نیازهای آن‌ها.
• مدیریت فرآیند فروش: نظارت بر مراحل فروش و اطمینان از اجرای درست فرآیندها.
• ایجاد ارتباط موثر با مشتریان: ایجاد روابط طولانی‌مدت و مؤثر با مشتریان به‌منظور بهبود تجربه خرید.
• ارائه گزارش‌ها: تحلیل داده‌ها و ارائه گزارش‌های فروش به‌منظور بهبود عملکرد.
• همکاری داخلی: هماهنگی با واحدهای مختلف شرکت نظیر پشتیبانی، مالی و تحویل خودرو.
• ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: شنبه تا چهارشنبه از 9 صبح تا 6 عصر؛ پنجشنبه‌ها از 9 صبح تا 2 ظهر.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه مرتبط: داشتن سابقه کار در فروش خودرو یا صنایع مرتبط.
• آشنایی با بازار خودرو: آگاهی از تحولات و روندهای بازار خودروهای دست دوم.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی: توانایی برقراری ارتباط مؤثر و داشتن اعتماد به نفس در مذاکرات.
• روحیه تیمی و یادگیری: علاقه‌مند به یادگیری و به‌روز بودن با تغییرات بازار.
• هوش هیجانی بالا: توانایی مدیریت احساسات و برقراری ارتباط مناسب با مشتریان.

Requirements:
Related experience: having work experience in car sales or related industries.
