سرپرست انبار | Warehouse Supervisor

شرح شغل:

• مدیریت کلیه انبارهای شرکت.
• نظارت بر انبارها.
• ارسال گزارش‌های درخواستی به مدیر مربوطه.
• هماهنگی با سالن‌های تولید جهت دریافت کالا و ارسال کالا به سالن‌های تولید و واحد برنامه‌ریزی و فروش.
• نگهداری محصولات در انبار.
• نظارت بر حمل‌ونقل کالا از انبارهای شرکت به مشتریان.
• مشارکت در رعایت قوانین طبق روش 5S.
• رعایت اقدامات احتیاطی و ایمنی طبق دستورالعمل‌های HSE.
• نظارت بر چیدمان صحیح کالاها در انبار.
• اجرای برنامه GMP در انبار.

شرایط احراز:

• مئرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های مهندسی صنایع، مدیریت صنعتی یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط. 
• حداقل سه سال سابقه سرپرستی در حوزه مرتبط. 
• مسلط به اصول و فرآیندهای انبارداری.
• مسلط به نگارش گزارشات فنی.
• مسلط به الزامات HSE.
• مسلط به مایکروسافت آفیس. 
• مسلط به مباحث FIFO و LIFO.
• مسلط به اصول بایگانی و کنترل اسناد.
• مسلط به اصول مدیریت انبار.
• مسلط به اصول 5S.
• توانایی مدیریت افراد.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباطات مؤثر. 
• داشتن تفکر سیستمی.

Responsible for managing all warehouses of the company.
Supervision of warehouses.
Sending requested reports to the relevant manager.
Coordinating with production halls to receive goods and send goods to production halls and planning and sales unit.
Preservation of products in the warehouse.
Monitoring the shipment of goods from the company's warehouses to customers
Participation in compliance with the rules according to the 5S method.
Compliance with safety precautions according to HSE guidelines.
Monitoring the correct arrangement of goods in the warehouse.
Implementing the GMP program in the warehouse.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in industrial engineering, industrial management or other related fields.
At least three years of work experience.
Proficient in the principles and processes of warehousing.
Proficient in writing technical reports.
Proficient in HSE requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Proficient in FIFO and LIFO topics.
Proficient in the principles of archiving and document control.
Master the principles of warehouse management.
Proficient in 5S principles.
Ability to manage people.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Having systemic thinking.
