کارشناس فروش و بازاریابی | Sales and Marketing Expert

شرح شغل:

• برقراری ارتباطات موثر با مشتریان فعلی و بالقوه.
• مدیریت تماس‌های تلفنی و ملاقات‌های حضوری با مشتریان.
• جمع‌آوری و تحلیل نیازهای مشتریان و ارائه راهکارهای مناسب.
• مدیریت فرآیندهای فروش، از جمله تعیین قیمت، مذاکره و بستن قراردادها.
• تحلیل بازار و شناخت رقبا.
• تارگت‌گذاری و رسیدن به تارگت‌های فروش.
• ارائه گزارش‌های فروش بر اساس KPIهای مشخص.
• حضور و مشارکت در برگزاری و یا بازدید از رویدادها و نمایشگاه‌ها.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته مهندسی شیمی یا مهندسی پلیمر.
• تجربه کاری مرتبط با صنعت رنگ و رزین.
• تجربه کاری مرتبط در زمینه فروش و بازاریابی.
• مسلط به فرایند فروش پروفورمایی.
• آشنایی کامل با مایکروسافت آفیس.
• توانایی مدیریت زمان و انجام چند وظیفه به صورت همزمان.
• روابط عمومی قوی.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Engineering (Chemical/Polymer)
- Relevant work experience in the paint and resin industry
- Relevant work experience in sales and marketing
- Proficient in proforma sales processes
- Full familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage time and multitask efficiently
- Strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

- Establishing effective communication with current and potential customers
- Managing phone calls and in-person meetings with clients
- Gathering and analyzing customer needs and providing suitable solutions
- Ability to manage the sales process, including pricing, negotiation, and closing contracts
- Ability to analyze the market and understand competitors
- Target setting and achieving sales targets
- Providing sales reports based on specific KPIs
- Participating in or attending events and exhibitions
