شرایط احراز شغل کارشناس ارشد بازرگانی:

ترجیحا دارای مدرک کارشناسی مدیریت بازرگانی
آشنایی با قوانین و اسناد تجاری در حوزه بین‌الملل
تسلط به امور مرتبط با اخذ مجوز صادرات و واردات
آشنایی با قوانین حمل‌ونقل در سطح بین‌الملل
آشنایی به امور گمرکی
توانایی انجام امور مرتبط با ترخیص کالا
آشنایی با روش‌های مختلف تامین ارز
آشنایی با انواع ضمانت‌نامه‌های ارزی
امکان حضور در گمرک در صورت لزوم
آشنایی با پنجره واحد تجارت
آشنایی با روش‌ها و امور مرتبط با تخصیص ارز
توانایی انجام ثبت سفارش الکترونیکی کالا
آشنایی با سامانه های مرتبط از جمله سامانه جامع تجارت و سامانه بهین یاب



شرح وظایف کارشناس بازرگانی:

اخذ استعلام از تامین کنندگان خارجی
پیشنهاد انتخاب تامین کننده مناسب از بین استعلام های اخذ شده
جستجو برای یافتن تامین کنندگان مناسب و مذاکره و اخذ نمونه از آنها
پیگیری پرداخت ها به تامین کنندگان از واحد مالی
تحویل مدارک لازم به بخش اداری بازرگانی جهت ثبت سفارش، اخذ ارز مبادلاتی
پیگیری مستمر از تامین کنندگان جهت ارسال کالا در زمان مناسب
اخذ مدارک حمل قبل و بعد از ورود کالا به گمرک
پیگیری و همکاری با کارشناس ترخیص کالا جهت تسریع ترخیص کالا

Requirements for obtaining the job of a senior business expert:

preferably with a bachelor's degree in business management
familiarity with international business laws and documents
mastery of issues related to obtaining export and import licenses
familiarity with international transportation laws
familiarity with customs affairs
ability to perform things related to clearance of goods
familiarity with different methods of providing currency
familiarity with types Foreign exchange guarantees
possibility to attend the customs office if necessary
familiarity with the trade unit window
familiarization with the methods and matters related to currency allocation
ability to register the electronic order of goods
familiarization with related systems including the comprehensive trade system and the optimization system Between the received inquiries
Search to find suitable suppliers and negotiate and obtain samples from them
Follow up payments to suppliers from the financial unit
Deliver the necessary documents to the commercial administrative department to register the order, obtain exchange currency
Continuously follow up with suppliers to send the goods at the right time
Obtain shipping documents before and after the goods enter the customs
